Tuition Payment Options

Annual tuition (early September through mid-May)  may be paid as follows:

  • Plan AFull Annual Tuition received anytime in September earns a $90 On Time Discount plus an additional discount.
  • Plan BMonthly On Time Payment received by the 1st of the month (including September) earns a $10 On Time Discount
  • Plan CMonthly Payment received by the 15th of the month allows lessons to continue.

Payment may be cash, check, or auto pay.

Make-Up Lesson Policy: No refunds will be given for missed lessons. However, you may have one makeup lesson for any reason either May 18, 19, 20 or 21.

Summer Session is the end of May  – the first full week of August.
Attending a minimum of 5 lessons is required for fall re-enrollment. No refunds for cancelations.

Summer Tuition is for 5 to 7 (40-minute) lessons.
Monthly summer tuition receives a $10 On Time Discount when paid by June 1 and July 1)

To Confirm Program Enrollment for the Fall, the first tuition payment must be received by September 1st. This will also allow you to receive your On Time Discount for September.

 

Additional fees:

  1. GRML Jr. Club fee per student. 
  2. National Federation of Music Clubs (N.F.M.C.) Festival entry fee is $15 per entry.
  3. Sonatina/Sonata Festival fee.
    (These fees are payable to Mrs. Crosser and are due in September to guarantee participation.)
  4. Music and materials must be paid for when received.
